SHIPPING/TRACKING

Q: Where does MissPrints & Masterpieces ship?

A: We ship worldwide! However, there are a few countries that our printing facility is unfortunately unable to ship to, namely, Cuba, Crimea, Iran, North Korea, and Syria. The aforementioned list of countries may change periodically.

Q: How long does fulfillment and SHIPPING take?

A: In these unprecedented times of Covid 19, shipping and fulfillment are taking a little longer than usual, due to staff reduction at the printing facilities that we use. Currently, it takes between 3-4 days to fulfill an order (since items are made "on demand"). Then, it's an additional 5-8 days for shipping. Therefore, you should receive your item(s) approximately 8-12 days after you place your order. We thank you for your patience!

!

Q: How much will shipping cost?

A: Shipping prices vary according to the weight/size of products ordered and the final shipping destination. Your shipping charges will be calculated during checkout. However, if you order over $150 worth of our products, shipping will be FREE.

Q: How will I receive my products?

A: If you order more than one product, your products may arrive separately to ensure protection during shipment. Generally, our prints will arrive in kraft tubes with protective end caps. Our canvases will arrive in cardboard boxes with protective layering. And our cell phone cases arrive in a small protective bubble mailer.

Q: Can I TRACK my order?

A: Yes! Once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. And once your order has been fulfilled and shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking information.

Q: Are your products eco-friendly?

A: The printing facilities that we use source eco-friendly packaging materials and do their best to minimize waste in packaging. Many of the packaging materials are either recyclable or biodegradable. For example, the kraft tubes are made from 70-100% post-consumer recycled content and 0-30% secondary recycled content. Bubble wraps are made from a minimum of 15% recycled plastic and 10% post-consumer content.

Q: What if I'm a California resident?

A: Any print shipment going to a destination in California will include a warning on the packing slip per Proposition 65. It will notify the recipient of the presence (and potential effects) of certain chemicals including carbon-black extracts, which is known to the State of California to cause cancer.

PAYMENT OPTIONS

Q: I don't have a Paypal account and want to use a credit card for my purchases. Can I do that?

A: YES! We use Paypal to process our payments. However, if you do not have a Paypal account, no worries. To use a credit card (and checkout without a paypal account), simply click on "Paypal Checkout". You'll see an option near the bottom to "Pay with Debit or Credit Card". Click there and checkout as a "Paypal Guest". It's THAT simple!

Q: Is Paypal secure?

A: Yes, Paypal keeps all your information safe. When you send us a payment using PayPal, we (the recipient) won't receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you don't have to worry!

PRINT~QUALITY & OTHER INFO

Q: Are your prints (on paper) acid-free?

A: Yes! Each print is giclée-printed on archival, acid-free paper. Paper is sourced from Japan and is a thick and durable matte paper. Our printing facility uses Epson UltraChrome water based HDR ink-jet technology.

Q: How do I care for my print?

A. This is an important question. Here are our top tips:

1). Keep your print out of direct sunlight. It is possible for your print to fade if subjected to bright sunlight for long periods of time.

2). Try to avoid subjecting your prints (or any artwork) to extreme changes in atmosphere. Avoid excessive dryness, humidity, heat or cold. All of these conditions can affect the state of your print in a negative way.

3). Hang your print away from very busy (and possibly messy) areas to avoid damage.

*Please note that all of our print dimensions are listed in INCHES. And depending on your computer/monitor settings, there may be very slight color variations in the actual print that you receive.

FRAMING SUGGESTIONS

Q: How should I FRAME my print?

A: We get lots of framing questions, and there are so many options out there for framing, but here are a few simple suggestions. First, framing can be expensive, but it doesn't have to be. There are lots of choices out there...from having it professionally framed (most expensive) to doing it yourself with a pre-made frame (most affordable). One of our favorite online places to find pre~made frames is Etsy (and you're supporting small business at the same time). However, you can also search: Ikea, Amazon, Target, West Elm and many other online retailers. Be sure to put the exact size of the print in the search bar and make sure that you are ordering the correct size "opening" for your print (if it includes a mat). We are also big fans of stores like Homegoods, as they have a great selection of framing options. Be sure to bring your print with you when out shopping, as this will aid you in choosing the perfect frame for your art. Please note: Our canvas giclées do not need to be framed, as they have color-coordinated gallery-wrapped edges.

One more tip : Another cool simple option for framing prints is something called a "poster hanger". Search it and find your favorite (inexpensive) style. Happy framing!!
